Vince Lacey was the President of the Riverview Minor Basketball Association, and an active member of the Executive.  In the spring of 2009, Vince lost his battle with cancer.  In his memory, the RMBA annual scholarship given to Riverview High School graduates was renamed the Vince Lacey Memorial Scholarship.

We are very pleased to announce that the 2010 recipients of this award are: Michelle Hart, Julie Hatcher, Jenna Jones and Taylor Porter.  Each recipient will receive $250.
